paris87: This was extremely surprising. I figured Hong Kong would be up there… Keep in mind that this is loss-per-resident. It could be that gamblers in Hong Kong are just better. Also might be limited to legal bets… I’m a little surprised to not see Belgium on the list, as I’m told betting on races (sometimes even upping bets as the race evolves) is quite popular there.
