"We are—and will continue to be—completely unrepentant about bullying small businesses, even when we are 100% in the wrong. Furthermore, we really don’t care how any of you feel about that.

It’s great that Cafe Roubaix is out of the woods—but the fact that Specialized was trying to enforce a trademark they couldn’t legally claim if anything increases the need for the company to provide an explanation.
