I know it’s all Vuelta and USPCC and Vattenfall Cyclassics at the moment, but the World Championships (in Tuscany, Italy, Sept 22-29) is sooner than you think.

Fortunately, this trio of riders has you covered, riding the course’s closing circuits in Florence armed with GPS and front-and-rear GoPros, Suffervision-ing the raw footage and ride data into a video with a bevy of heads-up displays.

Throw in some entirely decent rider commentary in pop-up notes and even Phil and Paul have no excuse for not knowing this course inside and out.

The main page for the project is here, and has videos of the full course [above] and two main climbs: the steady, grinding Fiesole and the sharp, steep Via Salviati.
